Love the art or your money back — 30-day money-back guarantee.

Every Midnight Gents tee is printed to order just for you. We want you to love it. If you don't, for any reason, we'll refund you. No need to send the shirt back.

How it works

Email support@midnightgents.shop within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the shirt you received (plus a photo of the problem if it arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong).
We reply within 2 business days. Once approved, we refund you to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take 5–10 business days to show up.

You keep the shirt. Pass it on to a friend who'll love it.

What you get back

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item: a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. Your choice.
Anything else (not your style, the fit isn't right, changed your mind): a full refund of the item price. The original shipping cost is not refunded.

Good to know

Personalized items are covered too, except when the problem comes from text or details you entered yourself (for example a spelling mistake in your custom text).
One guarantee claim per order. We may decline claims that look fraudulent or abusive.
Cancellations: because every tee is printed to order, we can only cancel an order before it goes into production. Email us as soon as possible.
This guarantee comes on top of your statutory consumer rights. It doesn't replace or limit them (for example the right of withdrawal in Norway, the EU and the UK).
